In 2008, Mater Dei President Chris Abell hired GIGS to completely redesign the music curriculum at his esteemed grade school in Bethesda. Music class at Mater Dei is FUN, LOUD, and INSPIRING! Students learn the fundamentals of music by actively engaging in rhythmic games, group sing alongs, ukulele jams, and song production techniques using both live instruments as well as digital technology.
